President-elect Barack Obama!
The music played over the loudspeakers at Grant Park after Obama's acceptance speech reminded me of (but it definitely was not) the score to Jurassic Park, which seemed somehow fitting.

It was the theme music from Remember the Titans, which is eerily fitting. We lit. students understand about how anything can be read into anything... by god its our stock-in-trade... but this is still damn interesting:

There is a lot of similarity in the wonder of seeing dinosaurs millions of years extinct being brought back to life and seeing an integrated football team fight through adversity and come together to win the championship.
